the price includes: one room with double bed, one room with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with hot water, living room with dining table and sofa-bed,

air-conditioning, TV, clothes-horse, one parking space.

General booking conditions for accommodation:

reservations can be made by telephone or post.

Confirmation deposit: the booking will only be confirmed when the confirmation deposit has been received which must be transferred in two payments, one being 40% of

the cost of the stay, to be paid either by bank transfer or postal order within10 days of having booked the room and after having received confirmation of this payment

from the booking's office, a second rate equal to 20% of the total, must be transferred 30 days before arrival. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival before

being given the keys or before being allocated a mobile home.

Cancellation policy: in the event of cancellation, which must be made in writing:

- 60 days prior to your arrival, 20% will be deducted from the deposit

- 30 days prior to your arrival, 60% will be deducted from the deposit

- 20 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the deposit will be kept.

In the event of late arrival or if the client chooses to terminate their stay, for whatever reason and/or cause, the client must still pay the price of the entire stay. If not

informed by telephone in advance, the latest time of arrival on the first day is 8 p.m. After this time, it is the manager's right to re-sell the client's space on the campsite

without any obligation towards the client.

Check in: the accommodation will be given to clients before 4.30 p.m. and they must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Deposit: we require a safety deposit of 50 euros per person upon arrival which will be given back to clients on the day of departure, after the inventory has been checked,

damages assessed and it has been ensured that the kitchen area and utensils are completely clean.

Linen: bed linen is not included, therefore you must bring your own or hire it at the campsite. Bathroom towels are not included but it is possible to hire them.

Final payment: the payment of your stay must be carried out upon arrival. Assignment of the mobile home is at the management's discretion.
